(How I can help you to flourish first)

Clinical and Professional Supervision.
At the start of a Supervision session, we will spend time talking about what your hopes for the session are, and how we might work together.
It’s the same level of attention that I’ve given to the many individual and group Supervision sessions already under my belt. You might choose to take up Supervision face-to face, over the telephone our using video platforms.
What’s most important, though, is a trusting alliance between supervisor and supervisee(s). I’m all for having a friendly, informal chat over the phone, or over a cuppa in person before our first clinical supervision session – to determine if we’re a good fit for your goals and needs. From here, we jump in and have a go. Following each session, we spend time checking- in to assess how things are going. We work together to craft the best approach for you.
It’s an organic and collaborative process, informed by solutions focused, narrative and existential approaches. I also receive my own regular clinical supervision (thanks Yoni!)

Workshops.
What Next?
This one-day workshop is designed for those navigating a crossroads or transition in their life and feeling curious about their next steps. In partnership with Selena Gomersall, a registered psychologist and community facilitator, we offer you intentional time to explore the opportunities this transition might present.
We invite you to approach the day with curiosity and an openness to being energised and inspired by the stories and experiences of others. Through guided reflection and exploration, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical ideas to help shape the next chapter of your story.

Counselling.
In counselling, we begin by exploring your goals and what you hope to achieve. Each session provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and work through challenges in a way that feels meaningful to you. You can choose to connect face-to-face, over the phone, or via video—whichever suits your preferences best.
With curiosity, kindness, and respect for your unique experiences, we’ll uncover new perspectives and pathways toward the change or clarity you’re seeking. Guided by solution-focused and narrative principles, my role is to walk alongside you, crafting a process tailored to your needs.
NDIS and counselling!
I welcome NDIS participants who are looking for support through life’s challenges. If your NDIS plan is self-funded or plan-managed, you may be able to use your funding to access counselling sessions here. Many people claim sessions under Improved Daily Living or Improved Relationships, depending on their goals. I’m not a registered NDIS provider, but I can sill work with you. If you are not sure, get in touch and we can talk about it.
Victims of Crime and counselling!
If you’ve been a victim of crime, you might be able to access subsidised counselling through Flourish First. It’s a chance to get some support and work through what you’re going through in a way that feels right for you. Check out Victim Assist Queensland to see if you’re eligible and how to get started.
